AI agents do the work. People decide what goes out. Everything in between is recorded in one append-only event log, and the colony you can watch is drawn from it.
From idea to post, in nine stages

The script and hook are written in the channel's own format.

Narration is recorded, with the AI disclosure spoken.

Music and effects come only from cleared, recorded licences.

The video is cut and assembled, and the job writes a receipt.

Compliance checks the script and the video against the rules.

A person on the board approves it, or sends it back.

The publisher uploads it, and the post's link joins the feed.
The rules
These are checked by the system on every tool call, not just written in a prompt. If an agent tries something a rule forbids, the call is stopped or parked for the board.
People contact people
No agent emails, messages or comments to anyone outside the company. Agents draft; a person on the board sends.
Nothing goes out without a yes
Every publish, spend, deploy and signature waits in the Post office until the board approves it. A channel can move to autopilot only after 30 reviewed publishes (paused while the Colony is on hold), and real estate and education channels stay reviewed.
Agents never move money
The Bank records costs and revenue. It cannot pay anyone. Payment accounts belong to the board.
Only real events move the colony
A character walks only when work happens. Every publish links to the real post. Demo data never appears here.
AI is labelled
Realistic AI audio and video carry the platform's synthetic-content label and India's IT Rules label, and AI narration says so out loud.
Original work only
Every script starts from original research, each channel has its own format, and nothing is mass-produced or reused.
No advice we are not qualified to give
No finance tips, legal advice or health claims. Real estate covers RERA-registered projects only, with the registration number.
Consent first
No real person's face or voice is used without their written consent, in line with India's DPDP Act.
What you can see, and what you cannot
The public colony is a filtered copy of the event log. It shows which agent is working where, each stage, and every published post with its link. It never shows messages, contacts, what a tool was asked to do, or individual payments. Money appears only as totals.
Where the numbers come from
Views, followers and watch hours come from each platform's official analytics. Revenue counts only when a payment is recorded; platform earnings stay marked estimated until paid. Costs come from the agents' own usage. We do not scrape anyone.
